Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using the Wufimae platform available at wufimae.com. By accessing or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions set out here, you may not access the platform or use any of its services.
1. Definitions
Throughout these Terms of Use, the following definitions apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an Account, enrolling in any seminar, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the Company.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. In that case, references to "you" include both you as an individual and the organisation you represent.
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Eligibility
Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions:
Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an Account and use the Services. If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, you may only use the Platform with the express consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Accuracy of information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and must keep that information up to date at all times.
Compliance: You must not be prohibited from receiving the Services under applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
Suspension history: You must not have had a previous Account terminated or suspended by the Company for a violation of these Terms.
4. User Accounts

To access most features of the Platform, you are required to register for an Account. During registration, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information, including a valid email address and any other details requested. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and any authentication credentials associated with your Account. You agree to notify the Company immediately at support@wufimae.com if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.
4.3 Account Suspension and Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at its sole discretion if you are found to be in violation of these Terms, if your conduct poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the Platform, or if required to do so by applicable law. You may also request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the Company at support@wufimae.com.
5. Use of the Platform
5.1 Permitted Use
The Platform is made available solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes, unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with the Company authorising commercial use. You may access and use the Platform and its Content only in accordance with these Terms and any applicable guidelines published by the Company.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
— Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations;
— Reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any Content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from the Company;
— Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any related systems or networks;
— Upload, post, or transmit any material that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable;
— Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity;
— Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technologies to access, extract, or monitor any portion of the Platform without the Company's express written consent;
— Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or any related infrastructure;
— Engage in any conduct that could damage the reputation of the Company or the experience of other users;
— Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from other users without their explicit consent.
5.3 Discussion and Interactive Features
The Platform may include discussion boards, comment sections, live seminar interactions, and other collaborative features. When participating in these features, you agree to engage respectfully and constructively. You are solely responsible for any content you submit through these features. The Company reserves the right to remove any user-submitted content that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate, without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Company Ownership
All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to seminar materials, course structures, videos, recordings, written materials, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over such Content.
6.2 Limited Licence
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal educational purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content.
6.3 User-Submitted Content
By submitting any content to the Platform, including comments, questions, or discussion contributions, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform. You represent that you hold all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your submissions do not infringe any third-party rights.
7. Payments and Enrolment
7.1 Fees
Access to certain seminars and Services on the Platform may require payment of applicable fees. All fees are displayed on the Platform prior to purchase. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, with changes taking effect for future transactions only.
7.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorise the Company or its designated processor to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. The Company does not store full payment card details.
7.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Company's Refund Policy, which is published separately on the Platform. Where a refund is issued, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
7.4 Taxes
You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchase of Services, as determined by your location and applicable law.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. These links are provided for convenience only. The Company does not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites or services. You access any third-party resources entirely at your own risk.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Educational content provided through the Platform is intended for informational and professional development purposes only. The Company makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any Content for any particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification

These Terms of Use are intended to be broadly applicable and do not reference or incorporate the laws of any specific jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be submitted to a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution process.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, or representations.
